Pricing fields: more than an eCommerce solution
There are many eCommerce WordPress plugins available today. Those are great, but they only focus on taking online orders. Formidable's pricing fields can do much more:

For starters, decimal places in calculations don’t work well in all browsers. What’s more, adding a currency symbol isn’t as straightforward as one might think.

Overview: the pricing fields
Pricing fields include 3 field types: Product, Quantity, and Total. All pricing values are displayed in the currency of choice (as set in the Global Settings).
The currency option also includes a hook to allow custom code to change the currency per form.
The product field
Product fields can be displayed as radio, checkbox, dropdown, free text, or a single set value. The radio, checkbox, and dropdown options allow you to add a list of products with their prices. These can then be selected while filling out the form.
The User Defined option is great for donation forms. With free text, your site visitors can enter the amount they choose.
When you select the Single Product option, the product name and price will show in the form in a read-only way. This is perfect for forms with only one product that should automatically be selected any time the form is submitted.
The quantity field
Quantity fields allow users to easily choose how many products they want.
The total field
Total fields automatically calculate all the products and quantities in the form. They can also be used in custom calculations.

Is there a way to limit the number of available products? For example, if I'm offering an online course where I'll be having a lot of 1-on-1 interaction with my students, and I want to limit the number of seats in that class (so I don't end up overwhelmed by the time needed for the 1-on-1 interaction with students), is there a way to do that?

We added this code to our theme's functions.php file and if you just put in the field ID(s) to limit, and the number of submissions allowed, and it works great! Perfect for limiting how many times people can sign up for a time slot for an event.
How does this work on the payment gateway side? How does it integrate? Some clarification would be useful.

But this has a very relative utility, to make a purchase in correct conditions, the customer has to enter their data, depending on the place of the customer requires a different type of taxes and many other issues that takes into account woocommerce and that I do not think is have taken into account in this new functionality. So I don't think it can be used to replace woocommerce. I would even say that you cannot make purchases correctly with just these features.

It's a big jump forward, but still, would need further ability to do what a full-fledged e-commerce suite like WooCommerce can do... This isn't tracking inventory, calculating tax/shipping, etc... but it is great for small purchases with flat shipping fees. I've used that in a text field as the default value and it calculates great.
Fantastic work, Formidable team! Ease of pricing was the last holdout built-in feature that I missed from Gravity, but this looks super simple to use and will cut down on dev time. Thank you for the update!

Only thing remaining is making appointments/booking field(s) like people can select date on a calendar and then linked time for that date and then blacking it out as blocked/reserved. Of course being able to display it beautifully in views. I believe those things will take Formidable to a whole new level, nevertheless, congratulations on pricing fields.

I can see this as an option next WooCommerce for selling special products. Easy to setup. It would however be great if it could be integrated with WooCommerce payment gateways.
This is awesome! Any chance you are going to add a coupon code option? Like usage limits, usage stats, % vs flat discount, specific to form, specific to product?
This is a great addition to a really great plugin. We use forms in our woocommerce products which help harvest extra information and allow email actions otherwise not possible.
Unfortunately our store is quite complex:
Per user pricing to accommodate different territories and purposes.
Discount coupons.
Deposits and subscriptions (automated monthly payments)
Earlybird rates (sales)
Its unlikely all these features will ever be accommodated in Formidable as its not essentially a shop plugin but one can hope...
