I’ve been building a membership site for the past year and their support has helped me work through many problems. In some cases the software doesn’t do what I want, but they were able to help me resolve everything else. There’s no way to call support, but they respond to their online support form pretty quickly. I’m renewing for another year!

Have been using Formidable (Pro) since the beginning. Having a grandfathers license (yes started using it long ago :D) . NO complaints in all those years from clients where I installed it. Always updating when there are updates to the version. So I keep using it. I do not need any additions until now so that is pretty good. Keep up the good work!
