Formidable does not host, process, store or have access to any of the data submitted through the forms. All entry data are stored in the same database as your WordPress installation. Formidable has no access to your form data/submissions, and none of this is shared with us.
To know more about the technical details, you can go into your WordPress database and see the data stored in custom tables. Read more about the Formidable database schema.
Can I disable storing entries?
You can choose to save entries from a form or not. All the form entries will be saved automatically by default.
To disable storing entries, go to your form Settings → General page. Then scroll to the On Submit section and select the Do not store entries submitted from this form checkbox option. Note: There is no way of retrieving entries that have not been saved.
Are my forms GDPR compliant?
You have total control over your GDPR compliance, and the security will depend on how you set it up with your web host. Read more on this.
