How to create a ranking survey in WordPress

Then, install and activate it, and it's five simple steps:
Step 1: Activate the Survey add-on
After you've installed Formidable Forms, go to Formidable → Add-Ons in your WordPress dashboard. Then, click Install to get the Surveys and Polls add-on.
Step 2: Create your ranking survey
Next, create your survey like you create a form.
First, go to Formidable → Forms and click Add New in the top right of the page.
Next, choose Create a blank form to start from scratch or choose one of our survey form templates to get started faster.
The plugin then takes you to its drag and drop form builder, where you can start designing your survey.
This is also where you add your ranking form field. All of Formidable's form fields are on the left side of the screen. The Ranking field is under Advanced Fields.
Drag this field to the form canvas to add it. Then, click on the field in the canvas to open the Field Settings in the left-hand tab.
There's the option to keep your ranking fields Simple or make them Images. You can also customize your Field Label, Ranking Options, and choose to Limit Selections and Randomize Options.
So, change the settings to match what you need from your survey.

Step 3: Customize your ranking survey's style (optional)

Step 4: Publish the ranking survey
