How to create a contest entry form with Formidable Forms
For this tutorial, you'll need at least a Formidable Forms Basic plan to access the Contest Entry template. Once you've installed and activated the plugin, you're ready to start!
Step 1: Add your questions to the form template
Firstly, navigate to Formidable in your WordPress dashboard, click on Forms and select + Add New. Then select the Contest Entry template. You can find it under the Marketing category:
